Privacy Policy

1. Who This Applies To

This privacy policy applies to all visitors of this personal portfolio website, regardless of where you are located. It describes what data is collected (if any), how it is handled, and your rights as a visitor.

2. Data I Do Not Collect

This website does not use any of the following:

• Cookies of any kind (session, persistent, or third-party)
• Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Plausible, or similar)
• Contact forms or lead capture forms
• User accounts or login systems
• Advertising pixels or retargeting scripts
• Browser fingerprinting or device tracking
• Any server-side logging of visitor IP addresses or behavior

Visiting this site does not result in any personal data being stored on my end.

3. Email Contact

If you choose to contact me via the email link on this site (jasonawork@outlook.com), your message will be received through standard email. I will only use the information in your email to respond to your message. I do not add contacts to mailing lists, share email addresses with third parties, or use email contacts for any purpose other than direct replies.

Email communication is governed by your email provider's privacy policy and mine (Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365). I have no control over how those providers handle email data in transit.

4. Resume Download

A PDF resume is available for download on this site. The file is served as a static asset. I do not track who downloads it, how many times it has been downloaded, or from what location. No information is collected from you when you download the file.

5. Embedded Video (Loom)

This site embeds a video hosted by Loom (loom.com). When you load the page or play the video, your browser connects directly to Loom's servers. Loom may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, and viewing behavior in accordance with their own privacy policy.

I have no access to, and no control over, any data Loom collects. If you have concerns about Loom's data practices, please review their privacy policy at loom.com/privacy.

6. Hosting Infrastructure

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. As part of normal web hosting operations, Cloudflare may process network-level data such as IP addresses for the purposes of security, DDoS protection, and performance optimization. This processing is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy. I do not have access to individual visitor data through Cloudflare's hosting services.

7. Google Fonts

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). When your browser requests these fonts, Google may log your IP address as part of that request. This is standard browser behavior for externally hosted fonts. I do not control this and do not receive any data from it. You can review Google's font privacy information at fonts.google.com.

8. Children's Privacy

This site is intended for professional audiences and is not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years of age.

9. Your Rights

Because this site collects no personal data, there is nothing stored about you to access, correct, or delete. If you have contacted me by email and want that correspondence removed from my inbox, you can request that at jasonawork@outlook.com and I will honor it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

If this site changes in a way that affects privacy (for example, if analytics or a contact form were added in the future), this policy will be updated before those changes go live. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any revisions.
